IRPC TANK FARM at Rayong

IRPC Tank Farm is a storage facility located in Rayong Province. Divided into 5 groups, which are divided according to storage products and distribution functions.

1.IRPC depot Rayong serve petroleum product storage such ULG91, GSH95, GSH91, HSD(B7), HSD(B10). IRPC depot Rayong will receive various products from Tank Farm Petroleum through pipes for storage. which the products out through pipes into truck. There are 17 tanks for storing such products with a total capacity of approximately 23 million liters.

Products stored at IRPC Rayong depot
● Types of diesel storage tanks (B7, B10), WS3060, C9 Aromatic are CONE ROOF TANK ( CRT ).
● Types of gasoline storage tanks ULG 91, GSH95 ,GSH91 are INTERNAL FLOATING ROOF TANK (IFRT )

2.Petroleum tank farm is tank farm for petroleum product. Consists of Gasoline, Diesel, Fuel Oil and LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) groups, including renewable fuel such as B-100, Ethanol, with 111 tanks for storing products, with a total capacity of approximately 2,250 million liters which mainly provides services to IRPC Group, mainly accepting products from refineries and blending various grades. Then forward to the sub-depot or sell the products through the ship's pipeline to external customers

Products stored at PETROLEUM TANK FARM
● Gasoline storage tank type is Internal Floating Roof Tank (IFRT)
● Crude storage tank type is External Floating Roof (EFRT) type.
● Fuel storage tank type: is a Cone Roof Tank (CRT) type.
● Fuel oil storage tank type is Cone Roof Tank (CRT) type and is covered with Insulate.
● Ethanol storage tank type is Internal Floating Roof (IFRT) and N2 Blanket.
● B-100 storage tank type is Cone Roof Tank (CRT) type and has N2 Blanket.
● Gas storage tank type is Spherical Tank

3.Petrochemical tank farms consisting of Ethylene, Propylene, Propane, Butene-1, Butadiene, Styrene, Pentane, Ammonia, Propylene Oxide, Mineral oil, Acrylonitrile, Cyclohexane , Cyclohexanone. There are 25 tanks for storing such products with a total capacity of approximately 133,000 tons, which mainly serve IRPC Group. and some are available to external customers as well

4.Lube Base Oil tank farm that receives raw materials from Refinery to store in order to deliver to Lube Base Oil Plant and receive products produced from Lube Base Oil Plant to store Lube Base Oil, Asphalts, Extract, Slack Wax and can be various grades. and then out to Phra Pradaeng Depot or selling through pipes into truck or ship. There are 77 tanks for storing such products with a total capacity of approximately 368 million liters, which mainly serve IRPC Group.

Products stored at LUBE BASE OIL TANK FARM
● Tank type Lube base oil, is a Cone Roof (CRT) type.
● Tank type Asphalt , Fuel Oil, Extract, Slack, Wax are Cone Roof Tank (CRT) and are covered with Insulation.
● Gas storage tank type: Spherical Tank

5.Aromatics tank farm consist of Benzene, Toluene, Xylene and raw materials for the production of aromatics plants. There are 24 tanks for storing such products and raw materials, with a total capacity of approximately 77 million liters or approximately 62 million tons. Toluene and Xylene products sell to external customers via truck and ships. will primarily provide services to IRPC Group

● The type of product storage tanks TOLUENE, XYLENE are CONE ROOF TANK.( CRT ) has N2 BLANKET
● The type of product storage tanks BENZENE product storage tank type is INTERNAL FLOATING ROOF TANK ( IFRT ) with N2 BLANKET.
